With an exchange part (Tauschteil) , you receive a spare part in exchange for an old part sent in afterwards.

Exchange parts can be ordered like other spare parts directly in the store and will be delivered promptly. To ensure that an old part is sent in, we charge a deposit which is refunded when an old part arrives in exchangeable condition.
Outside of Europe, we do not offer exchange parts due to the complex customs and deposit procedures.

With the repair part (Reparaturteil), your sent in old part will be repaired and you will get your old part back. The repair process takes between 2 and 6 weeks after we receive it.

Repair parts cannot be ordered directly in the store. You can use the buy on request (Kauf auf Anfrage)button next to the article to tell us your repair request. You will promptly receive an individual offer from the Heinkel store with the request to place the order and send the old part to be repaired.
