Why is your e-mail address so important when logging in to the Heinkel Shop?
Your stored email address is automatically assigned to your club user account. We can only store and process ONE of your e-mail addresses. For security reasons, you can NOT change your e-mail address, but you can change the password. The change of your deposited e-mail address will be done by the member administration for you. Therefore only this e-mail address is valid for the Heinkel-Shop as well as for the Heinkel-Club.
Note: You constantly change your e-mail addresses or have a large number of e-mail addresses in use? If so, please notify us each time you change the address you have on file with us. Please allow 4-7 business days for the change, as membership administration is not staffed with a full-time position.
