In the "My account" area, the current status of the respective order can be viewed under the menu item "Orders".
If your order has already been shipped, you will receive an email from us / from DHL with the shipment number. This is also stored in your customer account under "My orders".
Open the DHL tracking page and enter the tracking number to track your package online.
