When can the spare part with the number xx.12345678 be ordered again?

Again and again this question reaches us on the most different ways.

Here there is a simple answer. We can not tell you.
Background:
a) The spare part is a used part. We buy up used spare parts sporadically, rework them and bring them back into the cycle of spare parts supply via the store as a "used part". A naming of the delivery time would be pure speculation and is therefore not individually communicated.
b) The spare part is new goods or is newly produced for us. Here we are dependent on our suppliers. Delivery times have increased significantly and are permanently postponed. Therefore applies also here: A naming of the delivery time would be a pure speculation.
Note: As soon as a spare part is available, this is entered in the merchandise management system and is immediately thereafter visible and orderable for you in the store. The order status of the product changes to "available". For a few spare parts that will be available in the next 3-6 months, we have stored a stock level notification (= stock alarm). You leave your order request in the store system and the system informs you automatically when the spare part is back in stock.Also here an individual request is useful.
