The Heinkel store passes on the costs incurred in shipping 1:1.
Our principles:
- We do not make a profit on shipping costs.
- We do not subsidize shipping by hiding the costs in the spare parts prices.
Part of the shipping costs is the packaging flat rate of 1,50-3,00 Euro depending on the size. We also do not pass these costs on to the spare parts.
We ship internationally only insured DHL packages in flat rate up to 30kg*/31kg, which includes a package pickup at our warehouse, insurance, tracking and VAT.

Note: Letter shipping to int. foreign countries is no longer available for merchandise shipments since 2019. Letter shipments to int. foreign countries are only allowed to include documents. Therefore, we do not send letter shipments.
