I have forgotten my access data to the Heinkel Shop, what can I do?
If you just forgot your password, you can request a new password yourself.
To do this, simply click on "Forgot password" in the login screen of the store and enter your email address.
You will automatically receive an e-mail with the option to reset your password. For security reasons, the reset must be done within 2 hours.
If you also do not remember your e-mail address, please contact our member administration via the contact form with your request.
