Password reset
As we are often asked what the procedure is for resetting the password, here are the exact instructions
Prerequisite: You are already registered and activated for the store.
You can access the login screen for the Heinkel store via www.heinkel.shop
After clicking the button "Zugang zum Heinkel-Shop - Access to the Heinkel store", you will land in the login window
Step 1 - I have forgotten my password
To get a new password or reset your old password please activate the link " Ich habe mein Passwort vergessen - I have forgotten my password".
Step 2
Now enter your current password recovery e-mail in the following window and send it off
Step 3
You will receive the following e-mail after a few minutes and now have 2 hours to recreate your password.
If you have NOT received this e-mail with the title " Passwort Wiederherstellung - Password recovery" after a short time, please check your spam folder.
Step 4
Click on the link in the e-mail and you will be taken to the input mask for your new password.
Enter your password twice and click on the " Passwort ändern - Change password" button.
Step 5
If successful, you will see the following confirmation " Passwort wurde geändert - Password has been changed" (green field above).
Now you can enter your e-mail address and your assigned password. (highlighted in yellow) and click on the " Anmelden - Log in" button.
Step 6
You've done it! You will land in your profile where you can check all your settings and change them if necessary (e.g. payment method, delivery address).
Use the vehicle selection (above) to choose the vehicle for which you need spare parts.
Now nothing stands in the way of your order
