What do I have to consider for an exchange part (Tauschteil)? 

An exchange part is a spare part in stock, which is only offered in exchange via the store. A deposit/deposit amount is charged in addition to the purchase price. In order to successfully complete the order, an exchangeable old spare part must be sent to the warehouse after the purchase and positively evaluated there. What do I have to consider for a repair part (Reparaturteil)?

The product will be repaired for you. Therefore, an order via the store system is only possible indirectly. To initiate the order process successfully, a repairable old part must be sent to the warehouse and evaluated there. You will receive a cost estimate from the GmbH. After a positive assessment the repair part will be produced in a small edition. After a successful repair you will get your old part back. If the old part is not repairable, the old part will be sent back to you for an expense allowance of 20€ +S&H without repair.

What is a used spare part?

The article is used, but fully functional. Due to the age of the spare part of 60+ years, a deviation from new condition is given. What is an alternative spare part?

The product is an alternative to the original part. It is a new part unless otherwise described in the product description. Appearance, shape and material properties may differ. Functionally, the replacement part is similar to the original.

We do not offer batteries outside of Germany. Batteries can only be shipped within Germany due to legal requirements.
